From His Word

Joshua 24:15
"If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."

Prayer and Praise

  • God's Perfect Provision
  • Allow us to teach our children His ways

Funny Stuff....

K.J. to Isaac while playing super heros...

"Ewwww, Isaac, you smell stinky!"

Isaac with a brilliantly quick, passing gas cover-up...."Oh, sorry guys, it's my power super suit....I just painted it"

K.J.:  "Oh...got ya.."

Hahaha - drama averted. Play continues.

SO about Life....

by Rachel

February 22nd, 2017

Jesus promised in John 10:9-10  "I am the door, by me if any man enters in, he shall be saved. He shall go in and out and find pasture. The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill and to destroy, but I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly!"

I've entered in. I am saved because of His sacrifice that bought my pardon. I am blessed abundantly with so much......!

yet, as of late, I find myself mulling over thoughts like: the 'more abundant' life is super hard; and The thief tends to kick when you are already 'down'.

But I know, and rest assured that days pass ever so quickly, and with it, time.

So, I choose. I choose to press on in Jesus' strength. I am weak but He is SO strong.

We are memorizing Colossians 3 this year for school - it's been such a help to have fresh on my mind daily! Thanks for praying for us!
